Korean Jerky Stir Fry for Two

Ingredients:
2 fluid ounces sesame oil
1 tablespoon shaved garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
2.25 ounces sliced Lorissa’s Kitchen Korean Barbeque Protein Snack
½ of a red pepper julienned
¼ cup beef stock
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 dash of Sriracha
2 cups cellophane noodles cooked
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons sliced scallions
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Method:
1. Heat the sesame oil in a large sauté pan
2. Add the garlic, ginger and Lorissa’s Kitchen Korean Barbeque Protein Snack and cook on a medium-high heat until the garlic is tender and translucent
3. Add the red pepper and continue to cook for 1 minute
4. Deglaze the pan with the beef stock and cook until half the liquid has evaporated
5. Add the soy sauce and Sriracha and stir until completely combined
6. Turn the heat off and toss the noodles in the mixture
7. Season with salt and pepper
8. Finish with the scallions and sesame seeds
