Lorissa’s Kitchen Turkey Burgers

Ingredients:
12 ounces ground turkey
1 fluid ounces grape seed oil
2.25 ounces finely chopped or ground (in a food processor) Lorissa’s Kitchen Ginger Teriyaki Chicken Protein Snack
2 tablespoons white onion
1 teaspoon garlic
1 tablespoon mirin
tablespoons panko bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
1. Place the ground turkey in a mixing bowl
2. Heat the oil in a sauté pan
3. Add Lorissa’s Kitchen Ginger Teriyaki Protein Snack, onions and garlic to the oil and sauté for 5 minutes until the onions are tender and translucent
4. Deglaze the pan with the mirin and turn off the heat immediately. Set the mixture aside to cool
5. Add the cooled protein snack mixture with any remaining liquid, panko and salt and pepper to the ground turkey and mix
6. Divide the mixture into 2 even balls and form into patties
7. Grill the burger patties and serve on a bun or roll with your favorite accompaniments
