Sweet Chili Pork Breakfast Hash

Ingredients:
1 fluid ounces grape seed oil
1 tablespoon butter
2 cups medium diced Yukon Gold potatoes
2.25 ounces Lorissa’s Kitchen Sweet Chili Pork Protein Snack
2 tablespoons minced white onions
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon sliced scallions
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
Fried or lightly poached eggs

Method:
1. In a non-stick sauté pan on medium, heat the grape seed oil and butter until melted
2. Add the potatoes and increase the heat to medium high. Sauté for 5 minutes until some browning has occurred on the potatoes
3. Add the Lorissa’s Kitchen Sweet Chili Protein Snack, onions and garlic and continue to sauté for another 5 minutes until the potatoes are cooked and tender
4. Add the cumin and season with salt and pepper
5. Turn the heat off and finish with the scallions and cilantro
6. Divide the mixture evenly into 3 dishes and top each one with the fried or lightly poached egg
