Szechuan Peppercorn Bruschetta

Ingredients:

2.25 ounces Lorissa’s Kitchen Szechuan Peppercorn Protein Snack
3 tablespoons diced white onions
½ a cup diced Roma tomatoes that have been cored and de-seeded
2 tablespoons chopped Thai basil leaves
3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Grilled or toasted French bread rounds

Method:

Toss the Lorissa’s Kitchen Szechuan Peppercorn Protein Snack, onion, tomatoes, Thai basil, olive oil and salt and pepper in a mixing bowl and let sit under refrigeration for 1 hour.

Divide the mixture evenly on to the French bread and serve
