Szechuan Peppercorn Vinaigrette

Szechuan Peppercorn Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
2 fluid ounces lime juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon honey
2 teaspoons minced shallots
6 fluid ounces grape seed oil
2.25 ounces diced Lorissa’s Kitchen Szechuan Peppercorn Protein Snack
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
1. Add the lime juice, mustard, honey and shallots in a mixing bowl and whisk until evenly combined
2. In a slow, steady stream, add the oil to the lime juice mixture while continuously whisking to create a semi-permanent emulsification
3. Stir in the Lorissa’s Kitchen Szechuan Peppercorn Protein Snack, salt and pepper and place under refrigeration for at least 1 hour
4. Use this in any of your favorite green salads
