There’s no secret in our sauce. It’s a perfect blend of caramelized brown sugar, soy sauce, earthy white onion and hints of garlic.

Lighter-bodied and low-tannin reds, including Sangiovese, Tempranillo, Syrah, Shiraz, Zinfandel and Sauvignon Blanc. The bright, crisp and refreshing flavors of these wines will nicely contrast the underlying charred, roasted notes of the soy, brown sugar and onion.
Morbier. The rich, creamy and slightly bitter taste of this cheese will lengthen the profile of this protein snack by smoothing out the charred flavors of the soy and creating an almost nutty finish.
Lighter-bodied beers, including Pale Lagers, Pilsners and India Pale Ale. The higher malt flavors found in these beers will help to accent the heavy charred notes of the soy and brown sugar.
