WHAT’S An LK SUBSCRIPTION?
Our subscription service allows you to get your favorite LK products automatically shipped to you each month! Adjust your items and quantities whenever you want. Subscriptions bill and ship monthly, starting on the date of creation and lasting until you cancel.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SNACK SUBSCRIPTIONS AND ONE-TIME ORDERS?
Monthly subscriptions are automatic monthly shipments (set it and forget it). One-time orders are manual single purchases (one and done).
WHEN DO SUBSCRIPTIONS CHARGE AND SHIP?
Subscription charges and shipments are based on the date you created your subscription and happen about the same time each month. Changes and cancellations for any upcoming months must be made before that month’s order has been processed.
CAN I EDIT OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You sure can! You’ll receive a pre-shipment email each month, giving you plenty of time to add, subtract, or cancel items at any time throughout your subscription. However, any adjustments made AFTER your monthly subscription has already been processed will be reflected in the following months’ shipments.
